ABOUT ME....
Hi..!
This is Aarooren, a Tamil, living in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
As an Engineer by profession, educated up to post graduate, I am employed in the Telecom & ICT sectors since 1997. Presently I am working for 'Computerland International (Pvt.) Ltd', Colombo where I am Heading 'Systems Integration'.
I am fortunate to be a past student of Hartley College , Point Pedro, and to study there for my Intermediate and Advanced Levels. My childhood education was started at Sri Koneswara Vidyalayam, Trincomalee and later I have continued studies at Manikkavasagar Vidyalayam, Karaveddy for primary levels.
After schooling I was attached to University of Moratuwa for technical education and passed out with a 'Diploma' award (NDT) in Electronics & Telecommunications. Since then I have continued 'further learning' along with employment and successfully completed the 'Engineering Council (UK) Examination' in Electronic Engineering, which is equivalent to an Engineering degree. Later I have continued Post Graduate education and ended up with a 'PG Diploma' in Telecommunication Engineering from University of Moratuwa
I am proud to be the eldest son of Mr. & Mrs. Arunasalam of Karaveddy. I have got two loving younger brothers 'Vathavooran' & 'Sambhanthan'. I am married to 'Kavitha', daughter of Mr & Mrs Ganeshan of Puttur.
